Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 112qm groß und befindet sich im 3. Stock eines Altbauhauses (ohne Aufzug). Außer deiner zukünftigen zwei Zimmer, gibt es noch ein kleines aber feines Bad mit Badewannendusche, ein separates WC und eine komplett eingerichtete Küche. Deine Mitbewohnerin bewohnt auch zwei Zimmer im vorderen Teil der Wohnung.

The two rooms are 36 square meters (separate living room/office & bed room) + balcony, with a great layout and beautiful old herringbone parquet and stucco.
The apartment has a total of 112 square meters and is located on the 3rd floor of an old building (no elevator). In addition to your future two rooms, there is a small but nice bathroom with a bathtub/shower, a separate toilet and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave), in which its nice to just be, cook and eat together. Your roommate also has two rooms in the front part of the apartment.
Eine bessere Lage gibt es kaum - Die Wohnung befindet sich im wunderschönen Haidhausen, 7 Gehminuten vom Rosenheimer Platz und Ostbahnhof (U4/U5, S-Bahn-Stammstrecke) entfernt. Die Wohnung ist öffentlich wunderbar angeschlossen, in 8 Minuten ist man am Marienplatz, in 30 Minuten am Münchner Flughafen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (am Ostbahnhof sogar rund um die Uhr, Montag bis Sonntag), unzählige Restaurants und Bars sind einen Katzensprung entfernt. Im Sommer ist man auch sehr schnell an der Isar oder englischen Garten oder über die Züge am Ostbahnhof in den Bergen oder am See.

There is hardly a better location - the apartment is located in the beautiful Haidhausen district, a 7 minutes' walk to Rosenheimer Platz and Ostbahnhof (U4/U5, S-Bahn main line). The apartment is wonderfully connected to public transport, in 10 minutes you are at Marienplatz, in 30 minutes at the Munich Airport. Shops (at Ostbahnhof even 24/7), countless restaurants and bars are just a stone's throw away. You can reach the Isar (10 minutes) or the English Garden (20 minutes) very quickly by foot or take one of the trains to the surrounding lakes or mountains from Ostbahnhof.
