A spacious and fully furnished apartment in the Munich suburb Neuhausen. A short distance to the town centre.
The apartment has everything you would need for your stay including fresh sheets and towels, hair dryer, fully functioning kitchen, TV and even some home-gym equipment.
The TV has access to Netflix, as well as Disney+.
Neuhausen is a quiet neighbourhood in the north west of the city. There are many restaurants and bars in this area of the city. Also, there are Vegan-friendly places to eat on the street.
Just a short walk to the bus or tram, can get you to the city centre in 10 minutes.
You can easily book a taxi, get the tram / Ubahn or bus, or use e-scooters and e-bikes available nearby. The closest Ubahn is Rotkreuzplatz offering the U1.
I am flexible for the move in and out dates, however the months must be in July and October.
This is a sublet only since I plan to return in November.
PLEASE NOTE: You will not be able to register yourself to this apartment. Therefore this sublet is a very suitable option for someone who's home is being renovated and they need a temporary location, or if someone is moving to Munich for the first time and need a temporary accomodation as they look for a more permenant option.
We must first have an online call (to confirm legitamacy from both parties). I am unable to give viewings of the flat in person unless I am sure you are a serious candidate.
