Meine kleine 2 Zimmer Wohnung (ca. 30qm) wird ab 15.01. frei.
Sie besteht aus 2 Zimmern: 1 Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer/Küche. Es gibt kein Badezimmer oder Flur. Eine abgetrennte Dusche ist im Wohnzimmer integriert und die Toilette befindet sich im Hausflur.
Es ist also ein wenig außergewöhnlich. Die Wohnung ist einem denkmalgeschütztem sog. Vorstadthaus und mit einer kleinen Singleküche ausgestattet.
Die Wohnung befindet sich 5 Gehminuten von der U-Bahnstation Silberhornstraße (U2) entfernt und ist somit super gelegen.
Ich biete diese Wohnung zunächst zur Zwischenmiete an bis zum 15.04.16, es kann aber gut sein, dass die Wohnung problemlos ganz übernommen werden kann.
