Die Wohnung ist sehr gut geschnitten in zwei Zimmer, einen Wohnteil und ein Schlafzimmer. Der Wohnteil hat eine Küchenzeile, hier ist auch die Gasheizung. Ein türgroßes Balkonfenster sorgt für ausreichend Licht und Atmosphäre, mit Blick in den Innenhof.

The apartment is well cut in two separate rooms, a living room and a sleeping room. The living room has a kitchen, the gas heating is also there. A big balcony window provides light and good atmosphere, overlooking the inner courtyard - very silent.
There is a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Es gibt eine gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, die U2 Station Silberhornstraße ist drei Gehminuten entfernt. Ebenso drei Gehminuten entfernt ist der Tegernseer Platz mit vielen Bussen ins Stadtzentrum (8 min), zum Bahnhof (15 min), zur Isar (5 min), wobei es sehr ratsam ist, sich ein Fahrrad auszuleihen, der Fahrrad-Laden ums Eck verleiht Fahrräder.
Das Stadtviertel ist sehr schön, urban und gleichzeitlich ländlich. Supermärkte, Cafés und Geschäfte von Postamt bis Käse-Theke sind ums Eck.
There is a good connection to public transport, metro stop Silberhornstraße is a three minutes walk away. Equally three minutes walk is Tegernseer Platz with plenty of busses going to city center (8min), to main station (15min), to Isar river (5min), renting a bike is very much recommended, it is possible to rent a bike from the bike shop nearby.
The neighborhood is very nice, urban and yet rural. Supermarkets, cafés and pretty much everything from post office to cheese gourmet are just around the corner.
In dieser Wohnung lässt es sich alleine gut leben, die hohen Decken und der Altbau-Stil sind angenehm, die Wände sind teils unverputzt. Zu zweit als Paar geht es prinzipiell auch.
Die Nachbarn sind nett und der Innenhof ruhig. Die Wohnung wird jeweils sauber übergeben.
The apartment is great to live in as a single person, there are high walls, it's old-fashioned and partially unplastered. Couples are also possible. The neighbors are nice and the inner yard is quite. The apartment will be handed equally tidy and clean.
