Ich suche für meine schöne Wohnung in München-Schwabing, nähe Hohenzollernplatz, eine(n) Zwischenmieter(in) im Zeitraum Mitte März bis Ende Juni. Die Wohnung ist 58m² groß, zwei Zimmer, dazu eine Wohnküche und ein großes helles Bad mit Fenster und Badewanne. Außerdem gibt es einen schönen großen Balkon.
Die Wohnung ist im 6. Stock - leider ohne Aufzug (aber man gewöhnt sich sehr, sehr schnell daran).
Ich vermiete díe Wohnung vollständig möbiliert, es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht - Waschmaschine, volle Küchenausstattung inkl. Spülmaschine, TV, Internet mit WLAN und sogar ein Grill für den Balkon.
Festpreis ist 1000 EUR/Monat - inkl. Strom und Internet. Du solltest die Wohnung für mind. 3 Monate anmieten wollen.
Mitten in Schwabing, keine fünf Minuten zum Hohenzollernplatz und damit mit dem MVV (Tram, Bus und U-Bahn) bestens zu erreichen. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs (Rewe, Netto, Lidl, Basic, diverse Bäckereien) sind genauso fußläufig zu erreichen wie diverse Restaurants.
Eine entsprechende Kaution ist zu entrichten.
