Wir haben eine neue Wohnung gefunden und der alte und der neue Vertrag überschneiden sich leider um einen Monat. Daher wollen wir unsere Wohnung für einen Monat untervermieten.
Bieten: Helle 3 Zimmer Wohnung, Balkon, sehr zentrale Lage in der Schwanthalerhöhe (UBahn/Bus/Tram/SBahn fußläufig erreichbar), ca 70qm, 1. OG, offene Wohnküche, Altbau mit Echtholzparkett, Miete für circa 4 Wochen 1500€. Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Einkaufszentrum in direkter Umgebung.
Während der Zeit habt ihr in der Wohnung im Schlafzimmer ein Bett und eine Garderobe, eine Küche (ein bisschen Geschirr können wir euch da lassen) und im Wohnzimmer ein Sofa und Sofatisch. Im Gästezimmer sind Regale und ein Kleiderschrank.

Super Verkehrsanbindung in alle Richtungen, in 15 min zu Fuß am Hauptbahnhof. Das Viertel ist sehr lebendig und hat viele Restaurants und Geschäfte.
