Ich vermiete ein Zimmer meiner Wohnung unter, da ich beruflich in eine andere Stadt pendle. Du bekommst das große, geräumige Wohnzimmer. Jedoch ist es noch nicht vollständig eingerichtet.
Es gibt eine Ausziehcouch, Balkon, TV, Essbereich im Zimmer. Du nutzt sowohl Küche und Bad. Im Keller steht auch eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung. Mein Schlafzimmer ist nicht zugänglich.
In 6 Minuten ist man bei der U-Bahn Laimer Platz und bei der Tram Fürstenrieder Straße. Die S-Bahn Laim ist ca 10 Minuten entfernt.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut angebunden und liege im 2. Ring der MVV.
Bitte schreibt mir eine Whatsapp und beschreibt was euch noch München führt, wie ihr bisher gewohnt habt und was sonst noch so wichtig ist :)
