Wir wollen uns ein bisschen vergrößern und suchen eine 2-3 Zimmer Wohnung, gerne mit Balkon, bis 1.300€ warm in Schwabing / Maxvorstadt / Haidhausen.
Wir bieten eine 2 Zimmer Altbau Wohnung (60qm) mit Südbalkon zum ruhigen Innenhof und Fischgrätparkett in allen Zimmern. Die Vermieter sind sehr entspannt & Tiere sind im Haus eigentlich auf Anfrage auch erlaubt. Die Wohnung ist unsaniert, hat aber viel Charme und liegt im Westend / Schwanthaler Höhe.
Bei Interesse einfach kurz eine Mail mit eurem Tauschangebot und ein paar Bilder :)
Die Wohnung liegt im Westend / Schwanthaler Höhe, Ecke Trappentreustrasse. Mit der Tram 18,19,29, Sbahn (alle) oder der U-Bahn Heimeranplatz (U5).
