Ich biete meine wunderschöne 2-Zimmerwohnung zur Zwischenmiete für 6 Monate. Da mir die Wohnung sehr am Herzen liegt vermiete ich nur an eine sehr saubere Einzelperson. Ich würde auch die meisten meiner Pflanzen zurück lassen, wäre also toll, wenn du auch einen grünen Daumen hast.
Leider darf ich von der Hausverwaltung aus nur an eine Einzelperson vermieten, Anfragen von Paaren sind daher leider hinfällig.
Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet und alle Möbel werden für die Zeit mitvermietet. Toll ist natürlich auch der Südbalkon auf dem man den Sommer so richtig genießen kann!
I am renting my beautiful 2-room flat for 6 months. Because I really love this place I am only renting to a very tidy and clean single person. I will also leave most of my plants behind so would be great if you like plants :).
The flat is fully furnished and has a lovely south-facing balcony.
Die Wohnung hat eine ruhige Lage mit guter Anbindung (U-Bahn Partnachplatz).
The flat is situated in a calm residential area with good public connections.
Besichtigungen finden am Dienstag 27.06. statt.
