Da ich den Sommer nicht in München sein werde, möchte ich meine großzügige und modern eingerichtete 2-Zimmer Wohnung in Sendling-Westpark, Nähe Harras, untervermieten.
Sie ist gut für 1-2 Personen geeignet.
Ich vermiete den August und gerne nach Absprache auch den September dazu.
Preis wären 1.500€ pro Monat, inkl. TG, Strom, Internet, etc.
Die hat 2 große Zimmer (Wohn/Esszimmer, Schlafzimmer), plus Küche / Bad und einen überdachten Balkon.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet.
Gerne Besichtigung per Video, da kann man sich dann alles besser vorstellen.
Der TG-Stellplatz steht ab 5.8. nach Sanierung wieder zur Verfügung und ist inklusive. Ansonsten gibt es auf der Straße Parkmöglichkeiten.

Since I will not be in Munich for the summer, I would like to sublet my spacious and modern furnished 2-room apartment in Sendling-Westpark, near Harras.
It is well suited for 1-2 people.
I rent the August and gladly after arrangement also the September in addition.
Price would be 1,500€ per month, incl. parking, electricity, internet, etc..
The apartement has 2 large rooms (living / dining room, bedroom), plus kitchen / bathroom and a covered balcony.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
Gladly viewing by video, since you can then imagine everything better.
The parking space is available again from 5.8. after renovation and is included. Otherwise, there are parking facilities on the street.
Die Wohnung liegt zwischen Harras (S-Bahn, Bahn, U-Bahn) und Partnachplatz (U6) und ist auch gut mit Bussen angebunden (54, 132, ...).
Es gibt diverse Supermärkte (Edeka, Lidl, dm, Rossmann, Rewe) sowie Asia-Supermarkt und Restaurants in Laufnähe (3-5 Minuten).
In zwei Minuten ist man im Westpark, wo man gut Sport treiben oder die Seele im Gans am Wasser baumeln lassen kann.
Mit dem Rad ist man in 15 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof, bzw. in 20 Minuten am Marienplatz.
Der Mittlere Ring ist in 3 Minuten zu erreichen und man ist schnell auf der A95 (Garmisch) oder der A8 (Salzburg).

Ich werde im Kleiderschrank, Badezimmer, Küche genug Platz schaffen, so dass man sich wohl fühlt.
Da ich einige Pflanzen auf dem Balkon habe wäre es wunderbar, wenn du/ihr diese gießen könnt :)
