I’m renting out my cozy and fully furnished 1.5-room apartment in Munich-Sendling for 4 to 6 months – ideal for graduate students aged 25+. Dates are flexible between October through March to accomodate the academic semester schedule. My German is limited, so please keep all communication in English.

The apartment includes a bedroom with bed and closet, a separate living room with sofa, dining table, TV, and desk, a fully equipped kitchen (with dishes, cookware, etc.), bathroom, and a balcony with furniture. Washer and dryer are also available. Lovely neighborhood with an international community, many cafes, restraunts and bars yet still a quiet neighborhood with plenty of green spaces and trails for walking or running. You can reach the Isar or Westpark walking within 15 minutes.

Rent includes all utilities: heating, electricity, water, and internet.

- U6 (Harras/Am Harras) – 5 mins walk
- U3 (Implerstraße) – <10 mins walk
- S7 – 10 mins walk
- Many bus lines (Am Harras) – 5 mins walk
- Grocery stores – within 5 mins walk
