I am subletting my apartment from beginning of July to end of August 2024. A beautiful, cozy 2.5-room, fully-furnished attic apartment in a quiet, residential area in Munich-East, Trudering district, to a single tenant living alone (without pets). It is perfect for a digital nomad/intern/temporary traveler/student to enjoy the lovely Munich summer & nature.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with beautiful pine parquet floors and white painted paneled doors.
The 10 sqm kitchen is modern, fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, and all necessary cooking appliances (including dish-ware, silverware and utensils).
The white mosaic-tiled bathroom has windows and is therefore naturally lit, and has a toilet and sink with a mirror cabinet, a bathtub with shower, and a washing machine.
The spacious bedroom has a large king-sized bed, with sheets, pillows and duvets already available.
The spacious living room offers an additional sleeping space for occasional guests as well as a workspace for a possible home office, and a dining table that can optionally be relocated to the kitchen.
From the living room there will be a 4.8 sqm balcony facing southwest, which is currently being built. It is accessible (without a door, from the window) for the time being.
The apartment, which is located on the top floor (2nd floor) with a panoramic view, mostly of the countryside, is located in a quiet residential complex 8 km from Munich's Marienplatz (City Center).
The apartment is in a 3-family house, fully separate, with its own front door. Parking space is readily available in front of the building, which is located on a quiet side street.

The apartment is only a 50 second walk from the bus stop, connecting to U5, U2 and S-bahn.
10 minute walk to / 5 minute bike ride to U2/S Trudering station. 3-5 minute walk to several supermarkets. Family/suburban neighborhood, very calm and quiet. 5 minute walk away from public sports fields. Seconds away from several green spaces/parks

I am searching for a suitable subtenant, but ultimately the decision will be made by the landlord. I can communicate in English, Arabic and French, but it is preferable for the subtenant to be able to communicate in either English or German. It is important to be quiet and considerate.
