The Candidplatz Ubahn Station is on foot in 2 minutes. to reach, baker, supermarket, dm is everything within 5 minutes walk...

Since I rent the apartment furnished, the deposit is slightly higher...Please do not request any inquiries from students or for several persons --> rental to 1 person

Ich vermiete meine wunderschöne, ruhige 2 Zimmer Wohnung (Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer) mit Wohnküche. Die Wohnung hat einen Hof, durch den der Auer-Mühlbach fließt. Die Waldeckstr. ist eine ruhige Straße und man ist superfix im Grünen sowie an der Isar.
Die Ubahn-Station Candidplatz ist zu Fuß in 2 Min. zu erreichen, Bäcker, Supermarkt, dm ist alles in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen...

Da ich die Wohnung möbliert vermiete, liegt die Kaution etwas höher...Bitte keine Anfragen von Studenten oder für mehrere Personen --> Vermietung an 1 Person
