With 42 m², it has two bedrooms, a badroom and a kitchen ideal for two students or a couple. Enjoy a private balcony and access to common areas. Additionally, you will have access to bicycle parking and shared laundry facilities, making your daily life more convenient.

Please note that students will be accepted for "Unity α" only if the following requirements are fulfilled:
• Certificate of enrollment
• Personal liability insurance
• Copy of valid passport
• Personal introduction

We leave the appartment at the end of June, so the move in date would be July 1st. The kind of apartment is doppelapartment. Both students have to fill in the formular separatedly and can specify in the “Remarks” section who is the preferred flatmate.
