We are looking for a roommate or a roommate for our beautiful 3 bedroom apartment in Obersendling.

The apartment is available from 1 July to the end of December and is ideal for a person who works in Munich or wants to use the time to walk in Munich.

We're a small family moving to another city for half a year. We will be in Munich occasionally. Therefore, the roommate or the roommate will have the apartment for herself for most of the time.

Apartment details:
- Size: a total of 83 m2 (without our bedroom). Room for rent 12m2
- Rent: Warm rental 1500 Euro, cold 1100 Euro (20% discount of landlord included)
- Optional parking garage 100 Euro (additional to the 1500 Euro)

Wir sind eine kleine Familie, die für ein halbes Jahr in eine andere Stadt umzieht. Wir werden aber gelegentlich in München sein. Daher wird der Mitbewohner oder die Mitbewohnerin die meiste Zeit die Wohnung für sich alleine haben.
