The apartment is located on the first floor of a well maintained multi-family house. The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the S-Bahn station Karlsfeld (S2) - (approximately 3-5 minutes walk), with quick access to the city centre (to the Marienplatz there are about 20 minutes/ 10 stations with the S2 direction Erding or direction Ostbahnhof). Shops (EDEKA, LIDL) and green areas are also nearby.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zur S-Bahn-Station Karlsfeld (S2) - (ca. 3-5 Minuten zu Fuß), mit schneller Anbindung in die Innenstadt (zum Marienplatz sind es ca. 20 Minuten/ 10 Stationen mit der S2 Richtung Erding oder Richtung Ostbahnhof). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (EDEKA, LIDL) und Grünflächen sind ebenfalls in der Nähe.

The apartment has a smaller room that remains closed. It belongs to me and I want it to stay unused if I come to Munich from time to time. I'm moving to NRW for the 5 months for professional reasons - it might happen that I'm going to Munich on weekends (but always after consultation with you and it won't happen often due to the distance). The possibility of renting for more than 5 months exists - all by agreement.

Die Wohnung besitzt noch ein kleineres Zimmer, das geschlossen bleibt. Es gehört mir und ich möchte, dass es ungenutzt bleibt, falls ich ab und zu nach München komme. Ich ziehe für die 5 Monate aus beruflichen Gründen nach NRW - es könnte vorkommen, dass ich mal am Wochenende nach München komme (jedoch immer nach Absprache mit dir und es wird aufgrund der Entfernung nicht oft passieren). Die Möglichkeit der Zwischenmiete länger als die 5 Monate besteht - alles nach Absprache.
