The apartment is located in Bogenhausen. In addition to the kitchen and bathroom with shower, the 50 sqm apartment offers a balcony, a bedroom as well as a spacious living room, and a cellar compartment in the house. I have always felt very comfortable in this apartment/house and am leaving it with a really heavy heart. But I'm happy if someone can feel as comfortable as I did before.
Supermarkets, drugstores, pharmacies, trains/buses, etc. are within walking distance. The english garden and other green areas invite you to relax and are quickly accessible.
Mandatory existing furniture fee is 1000€ and optional furniture cost is 850€. Furniture cost must be transferred after signing the contract with the landlord (probably after one week of visiting appointment).

Tenants agreeing to rent the apartment atleast for 2 years are preferred but not necessary.
