Wir verlassen schweren Herzens unsere 2-Zimmer Wohnung in Münster. Die Wohnung hat zwei relativ gleich große Zimmer, daher ist sie sowohl für WGs als auch für Pärchen geeignet. Das kleine Bad besitzt eine Badewanne und ein großes Fenster. Die Wohnung wurde vor vier Jahren frisch saniert. Zu jeder Wohnung gehört ein kleines Kellerabteil um Sachen abzustellen.
Den Aasee erreicht man zu Fuß in 2 Minuten. Bis in die Innenstadt läuft man in 10 Minuten. Busse Richtung Bahnhof / Innenstadt und Coesfelder Kreuz fahren ca. alle 10 Minuten. Ein Bäcker und ein Kiosk sind direkt um die Ecke. Ein Supermarkt ist mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
Die Vermieterin möchte ausschließlich Studenten mit Elternbürgschaft. Desweiteren sollten die Küche, die Waschmaschine (3 Jahre alt), ein Schlafzimmerschrank und das Sofa übernommen werden. Für alle Einrichtungsgestände hättten wir gerne 800€ VB. Im Haus wohnen hauptsächlich Studenten, deshalb wird es hier ab und zu etwas lauter. Allerdings sind die Nachbarn alle sehr nett.
