Hello,
Due to leaving Munster I have to give up my lovely WG. You will be sharing the flat with Andrea who is looking for a female roommate. Your room is a large 20 sq meters with two big windows. The room is partially furnished with a large bed, wardrobe, desk and chair. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. There is a large table in the kitchen, good for entertaining or hanging out with Andrea. The building is fairly quiet but close to some awesome bars.
The flat is within walking distance to anything you need, a 2 minute walk to the aasee and about 10 to city center. There are also bus stops right outside.
Andrea is a working student, so often times busy but loves to cook and enjoy company. The room is furnished so I would like to charge for the furniture: Wardrobe, new blinds, new desk, new bed, and deposit of the dishwasher and fridge for 800 euros. The room is available from June 24th. If you are interested, please message me with a bit about yourself and when you would be able to view the flat. We are starting viewings from June 1 in the evenings. I'm looking forward to hearing from you.
