Die Wohnung liegt im 1. OG, ist super geschnitten und teilt sich in 2 Räume (26 und 16qm), Bad, Küche und einem großzügigem Flur auf.
Von dem größeren Zimmer aus, gelangt man auf den Balkon, auf dem man ab mittags Sonne genießen kann.
Die auf den Bildern zu sehende Küche muss übernommen werden. Hierfür kommt ein Abschlag in Höhe von 400€ hinzu. Die Küche ist voll funktionsfähig und hat beim Einzug vor drei Jahren eine neue Arbeitsplatte bekommen.
