Hallo zusammen,
ich werde von Ende Feb bis Anfang Juli in Bayern arbeiten und möchte meine tolle Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete stellen.
Die Wohnung ist 75 m³ groß und ist voll möbliert. TV und WLAN sind schon vorhanden. Spülmachine und Waschmachine stellen auch zur Verfügung.
Gerne könnt ihr vorbeikommen die Wohnung zu besichtigen.
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. 3 min zu Fuss kann man die Bushaltestelle Dreizehnerstr. erreichen. Mit Linie 6 und Linie 15 kann man in 17 min an Hbf sein. Es ist sehr ruhig hier zu wohnen. Ein eigener Parkplatz stellt auch zur Verfügung. LIDL ist in 5 min zu Fuss zu erreichen.
Ich freue mich auf eure Meldungen. Ihr seid herzlichen willkommen die Wohnung zu besichtigen. Auf jeden Fall wird euch die tolle Wohnung gefallen. Die Wohnung ist von 21.02 bis 01.07 verfügbar.
