Hallo,
wir bieten eine schöne 3ZKB-Wohnung in Bahnhofsnähe. Ein Netto ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, genau wie die nächste Bushaltestelle. Mit dem Fahrrad seid ihr in 10 Minuten am Hafen, oder in der Innenstadt.
Die Wohnung hat knapp 70qm. Das größte Zimmer sollte ca. 25qm groß sein, die anderen beiden 15qm. Bisher war das größte Zimmer als Wohnzimmer in Benutzung.
Die Küche ist 2 Jahre alt und muss übernommen werden. Das Bad hat vor kurzem einen neuen Spiegelschrank und eine neue Dusche bekommen, diese gibt es kostenlos dazu. Mein Vormieter hat diverse Möbel hier gelassen, die übernommen werden können, aber nicht müssen.
Kommt vorbei und schaut es euch persönlich an.
