Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, sehr hell und auch sehr gut geeignet für eine Zweier-WG mit einem großen Wohnzimmer. Da dieses eine große Fensterfront beinhaltet, ist die Wohnung nicht für eine Dreier-WG geeignet.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist top - sehr zentral und Aasee-nah an der Weseler Straße nahe Antoniuskirche. Eigentlich alles was man so braucht ist nur ein paar Meter entfernt (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Kiosk, Mensa, usw… alles was man so braucht halt) und schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch Uni, Innenstadt und Hbf erreicht man mit Rad oder zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten. Falls man warum auch immer doch mal Bus fahren will, ist um die Ecke auch eine Bushaltestelle wo Busse in diverse Richtungen fahren.
Für den Abschlag wird eine Einbauküche in einem sehr guten Zustand übernommen. Über die Übernahme weiterer Einrichtungsgegenstände (auch Waschmaschine) könnte man ebenfalls reden.
Ein Teileinzug - da ein Zimmer bereits frei wird - wäre auch schon zum 1.4. möglich.
