Die Wohnung ist im DG eines Altbaus und hat alles was das Herz begehrt. Viele Fenster zu allen Seiten, eine Küche mit Herd, Ofen, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Cafemaschine etc.
Das Bad ist ein Tageslichtbad und hat eine große Badewanne und zudem eine Waschmaschine.
Zur Wohnung: Essecke, großer Wohnraum mit Couch uns Sesselbereich, und Schlafbereich.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im sog. Erphoviertel, welches kommend von der Promenade neben der Warendorferstraße links ist. Es gibt Cafés, Rewe, Bars, Restaurants und ein Kunstkino in unmittelbarer Umgebung!
Ansonsten ist die Wohngegend ruhig und vor allem nah an allem. In den Hafen mit dem Rad sind es 5/10 min und in die Innenstadt 5!
Für den einen Monat in Münster bekommt ihr natürlich auch einen Fahrbaren Untersatz: Mein Hollandrad!
Ansonsten lässt sich über den Zeitraum (eventuell kürzer oder länger) problemlos reden! (max. bis Mitte Juli)
