Hallo zusammen,
da mein Freund und ich zusammen ziehen, tausche ich meine schöne helle gut geschnittene 2-Zimmer Wohnung mit Parkettboden und großen Fenstern in der Nähe des York Centers gegen eine zentrale 3-Zimmer Wohnung mit Balkon (im Idealfall innerhalb des Rings). Aktuell zahle ich unschlagbare 550 Euro all in für die ca 56-58 Quadratmeter Wohnung mit eigenem Kellerabteil und Stellplatz. Die zukünftige Wohnung sollte eine Gesamtmiete von 1300 Euro nicht überschreiten. Wir sind ein berufstätiges Paar, welches nach einer langfristigen Wohnung sucht. Wir freuen uns, über Angebote! Der frühstmöglichte Tausch wäre der 15 März.
