Ich biete eine schöne 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in der Nähe vom Germania-Campus unter der Woche an. Beide Zimmer sind 16qm groß und haben Zugang zum Süd-Balkon. Die Wohnung steht dir von montags bis freitags zur Verfügung (nach Absprache auch ab sonntags möglich). Die Wohnung ist mit einer Küche (+alle notwendigen Utensilien), einem Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank, TV, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine... ausgestattet.
Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Viertel, was aber nicht weit von der Innenstadt entfernt ist. Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man circa 5-10 Minuten zur Altstadt, zum Bahnhof circa 15 Minuten. Der Leonardo-Campus ist direkt um die Ecke, sowie auch zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Natur und Autobahnanbindung sind auch in direkter Nähe.
Eine Tiefgarage (mit Auto Stellplatz) befindet sich ebenfalls im Haus und kann optional dazu gemietet werden (über die Hausverwaltung), jedoch ist die Parkplatzsituation ziemlich entspannt, sodass ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz nicht notwendig wäre. Eine perfekte Wohnung sowohl für Naturliebhaber und Stadtmenschen! Bei weiteren Fragen zur Wohnung etc. können Sie sich gerne melden.
