Ab sofort ist meine traumhaft schöne Dachgeschosswohnung (2. Etage) im Erphoviertel frei. Sie liegt sehr zentral (direkte Nähe Staufenplatz, 5 min zu Fuß zur Innenstadt, 5 min zu Aldi und Rewe, 10 min zum Bahnhof), ist superhell (Ost-West-Ausrichtung), ruhig gelegen und einfach gemütlich. Das Haus wurde vor einigen Jahren saniert. Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer, Diele und Bad, Thermopanefenster, Badewanne, Dachboden und Waschküche mit Waschmaschine (Dachboden zur Mitbenutzung). Die Kochzeile ist in einem der Zimmer und hat keinen Wasseranschluss. Gespült werden kann im Bad direkt nebenan. Die Wohnung ist teilmöbliert, einige Möbel, Waschmaschine und Co. müssen von mir für 300€ übernommen werden, da ich in eine möblierte Wohnung ziehe. Kostenpunkt: 530€ All In, Tel-Flat, Internet-Flat, Kabel-TV, Sat-TV, warm, Strom usw. Die Kaution beträgt 920€.Im Haus wohnen noch 2 weitere Parteien. Die Bilder sind vor meinem Auszug gemacht worden, es sieht jetzt leerer aus;-)
5 Gehminuten zu Aldi, Rewe und Bus, 10 min zu Bahnhif und Innenstadt. Sehr ruhig gelegen, obwohl an den Gleisen. (Schallschutzwand)
