Hi,
ich bin ca. 2 Monate ab Mitte Januar als Tauchlehrer in Asien tätig und somit nicht in Münster..warum sollte meine Wohnung da nicht bewohnt werden?
Ihr bekommt eine sehr schöne, möblierte Wohnung (tolles Sofa, super Küche, alles fein eingerichtet, Balkon, WaMa, und und und), sehr zentral im Geistviertel und groß > 85qm..
Bedingung: Ich muß euch vorher einmal kennenlernen, da ich schließlich nicht jeden P****r in meine 4 Wände lasse. Außerdem müsstet ihr auf den Keller und einen kleinen Raum (ca. 9qm) verzichten. Und Miete wie Kaution erhalte ich bitte VORHER..
Dafür können wir aber bei der Miete und dem Ein/Auszugsdatum verhandeln.
