Weil ich einen Erasmus-Auslandsaufenthalt in Finnland mache, würde ich meine Wohnung im Studentenwohnheim gerne für 8 Monate (September 2023 - Mai 2024) zwischenvermieten. :) Es handelt sich um folgenden Typ Wohnung: https://www.stw-muenster.de/flats/appartement-unmoebliert-stadtlohnweg-11-17-2/
Im ersten Zimmer sind eine Garderobe und eine Kochnische (Kühlschrank, Spüle, 2 Herdplatten) eingebaut, im zweiten eine Nasszelle mit WC, Waschbecken, Dusche. Es gibt Telefon- und Internetanschluss sowie Anschluss für Kabelfernsehen. Das Wohnheim hat auch einen Aufzug, eine größere Gemeinschaftküche, einen Fahrradkeller, Waschmaschinen und einen Trockner (im Keller, ca. 1€ pro Waschgang).
Das Appartement war ursprünglich unmöbliert, aber meine Möbel würde ich gerne drinnenlassen, das sind mehrere Regale, ein Esstisch, 4 Stühle (davon 2 Klappstühle), ein Sofa, Sessel, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl, Bett und ein Miniregal im Bad.
Die Gegend ist ruhig und grün; im Studentenwohnheim gibt es regelmäßig Kochabende, eine Bar und die Flurnachbarn sind auch sehr lieb (helfen zB beim Tür aufkriegen wenn man sich mal aussperrt). Der nächste Rewe ist direkt gegenüber und Aldi erreicht man zu Fuß in 10min. Es gibt 2 Bushaltestellen im 5min-Radius.
