Unsere sehr schöne, ruhige und helle Wohnung wird zum 15.9. frei! Die Wohnung hat zwei genau gleich große Zimmer, die beide einen Zugang zur Küche (im Flur) und Balkon haben. Also 1a-WG-tauglich oder für ein Pärchen oder einen Einzelmieter. Im Keller gibt es eine Waschmaschine, aber die Wohnung hat auch einen eigenen Anschluss.
Das Haus ist ganz neu (vor 3 Jahren gebaut) und ist daher in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Wohnung hat eine ebenfalls sehr gut erhaltene Einbauküche mit Kühlschrank und Ceran-Herd. Die Küche ist in der Miete bereits inbegriffen (also keine Abschlagszahlung). Bei Interesse geben wir auch unsere Spülmaschine an den/die Nachmieter ab.
Die Wohnung ist provisionsfrei! Eine Monatsmiete Kaution. Schreibt bitte an um den Besichtigungstermin zu erfahren.

In der Nähe des Coesfelder Kreuzes. Von da aus ist man mit x Bussen schnell überall! Wer nicht gern kocht, hat die Mensa direkt um die Ecke.
