Hallo WG-Suchende!
Da meine Mitbewohnerin und ich unsere WG auflösen, sind wir auf der Suche nach Nachmietern für unsere ländliche aber doch stadtnahe 2-Zimmer-Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist auf einem Bauernhof gelegen, mit dem Fahrrad ist man innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten in der Stadt. Letztes Jahr wurde renoviert und saniert, eine Küche ist drin - dabei gibt es keine Kaution und keine Abschlagszahlung. Die Gesamtmiete mit allem drum und dran beläuft sich auf 850 Euro. Es gibt zwei Zimmer; das eine hat ca. 20 und das andere 25 qm. Tageslichtbad mit Dusche. Große Wohnküche und großer Flur, der von uns mehr oder minder als 'Wohnzimmer' genutzt wird.
