Die Wohnung besteht aus einer großen Wohnküche, einem weiteren Zimmer.und einem kleinen Bad.
Es gibt eine Gemeinschaftswaschmaschine und einen Gemeinschaftstrockner im Keller.
Im Wohn- und Schlafraum ist auf 2m Höhe ein Hochbett eingebaut (ca. 1,50m x 4m mit einem kleinen Bücherregal), welches übernommen werden sollte (500 Euro)
Die Wohnung ist nur an eine berufstätige Einzelperson zu vermieten. Haustiere unerwünscht, es gibt allerdigs eine Katze im Keller) Die Nachbarn sind ruhig ;)
Der Bahnhof ist in zwei Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, der Hafen in 5 Minuten zu Fuß. MC Fit, Rewe, Netto, DM und Penny sind ganz in der Nähe. Am Kanal bist du in drei Minuten mit dem Fahrrad.
