The apartment costs a total of 900€ per month.

Meine Wohnung in der Maximilianstr. wird ab Mitte Juli zur Zwischenmiete bis ungefähr März 2026 frei, ein kürzerer Zeitraum oder etwas länger wäre aber auch möglich.

In der Wohnung könnten ein paar Möbel übernommen werden, zB Schuhschränke, Kleiderschränke, Sideboards..

Sie liegt sehr zentral im Kreuzviertel. Sie ist 45qm groß, hat eine offene Küche und einen Balkon zum Süden hin ausgerichtet. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Kellerraum, eine Waschemaschine steht im Keller für alle Mieter bereit.

Die Wohnung kostet insgesamt 900€ im Monat.
