Weil ich Deutschland Ende Januar verlassen werde, stelle ich meine tolle Wohnung zur Nachmiete.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral direkt an Grevener Straße, neben York Center. Man kann zu Fuss sehr gut einkaufen gehen. Der Mieter ist sehr nett und freundlich und man hat überhaupt kein Problem damit.
Die Wohnung selber ist eingerichtet mit hochwertigen Möbeln. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, LED-Fernseher sind alle da. Außerdem gibt es einen schönen Balkon, wo man im Sommer daraußen angenehm Kaffee trinken kann.
Die Wohnung ist 63 m2 und hat separate Küche, Badzimmer, Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer. Außerdem gibt es einen Keller, wo man die Sachen abstellen kann. Ein eigener Parkplatz ist direkt vor Haustür. Miete beträgt € 890, Strom, Wasser, Parkplatz, Möbel sind alle dabei. Nur WLAN muss man selber einrichten lassen. Kaution beträgt auch € 890. Die Wohnung ist ideal für berufstätige Leute oder Ehepaar.
