The apartment is located on the Damm cruiser and is walking a minute to the Aldi, three minutes to a gym and a minute to a bus stop. The bus stops at the main railway station within 15 minutes. At the beginning of the Damm's cruiser, there is a rewe, a Rossmann and a net ten minutes walk. Five minutes walk away is the channel.

Die Wohnung liegt am Schifffahrter Damm und ist zu Fuß eine Minute zum Aldi, drei Minuten zu einem Fitnessstudio und eine Minute zu einer Bushaltestelle entfernt. Mit dem Bus ist man innerhalb von 15 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof. Am Anfang des Schifffahrter Damm's liegt zehn Minuten zu Fuß ein Rewe, ein Rossmann und ein Netto. Fünf Minuten fußläufig entfernt liegt der Kanal.

Der Austausch von kleineren Möbelstücken stellt kein Problem dar.
