Wir suchen zum 1.8. Nachmieter für unsere schöne 2 Zimmer Wohnung (59 m²) im Süden Münsters. Die Zimmer sind c.a. 15 m² und 20 m² groß, dazu gehören noch eine Wohnküche, ein Bad mit Wanne und Fenster, ein kleiner Garten (etwas pflegebedürftig) und ein Kellerraum. In dem großen Zimmer sind Holzdielen, im kleinen Zimmer und im Flur Laminat und in der Küche PVC Boden verlegt. Die Wohnung ist im Dahlweg - Südpark, Hammerstraße und das Zentrum sind gleich um die Ecke.Die Einbauküche sollte übernommen werden (300€ VB).
Die Wohnung eignet sich optimal für ein Pärchen oder eine WG.
Warmmiete sind 547 Euro, Heizung und Strom wird über die Stadtwerke abgerechnet, so dass noch mal c.a. 120 Euro hinzukommen.
