Vorab: Meine Wohnung hat keinen Balkon!
Halli Hallo ihr Lieben,
ich wohne gerade in einer 3 ZKB Wohnung und suche 1-2 Zimmer mit erlaubter Haustierhaltung und möglichst Balkon, da mir die Wohnung zu groß ist.
Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Zimmern und einem riesigen Wohnzimmer, welches Zugang zur Küche hat.
Eine 2er WG wäre auch möglich.
Eines der Zimmer ist circa 15 qm groß und das andere circa 11 qm, das Wohnzimmer ist riesig.
Dazu gibt es einen Abstellraum und einen Keller :) Im Waschkeller kann die Waschmaschine aufgestellt werden. Alternativ kann man die Waschmaschine aber auch im Badezimmer aufstellen.
Die Nachbar:innen sind auch super! Es gibt eine WhatsApp Gruppe und wenn jemand mal was braucht, hilft man sich gegenseitig aus :)

Die Lage könnte fast nicht besser sein. Ihr fallt quasi aus der Haustür und seid am Aasee. Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür.

Haustierhaltung ist erlaubt :)
Ich suche eine Wohnung bis 850 Euro warm.
