Wir suchen Nachmieter (keine WG) für unsere 3 Zimmer Wohnung in Aasee-Nähe.
Im Haus wohnen insgesamt 8 Parteien. Die Wohnung hat hohe Decken (2,93m) und einen Holzdielen-Boden in den Wohn- und Schlafräumen. Der Boden im Flur, Küche und Badezimmer ist gefliest.
Die Wohnung wurde vor 8 Jahren renoviert. Telefon und TV-Anschlüsse sind in allen Wohn- bzw. Schlafzimmern enthalten. In der Wohnung liegt auch ein Anschluss von Unitymedia, schnellem Internet steht damit nichts im Wege.
Ausstattung: Badewanne mit Duschtrennwand, Waschmaschinenanschluss in der Küche Küchenmöbel können übernommen werden (VHB). Zur Wohnung gehört ein abschließbarer Keller, ca 20qm groß.
Der Einzugstermin ist verhandelbar.
Keine 2 Minuten bis zum Aasee (Höhe Jugendgästehaus) Knapp 15 Minuten (zu Fuß) bis zum Aegidiimarkt Bus und Parkplätze vor der Tür
Das Haus wird von einer Hausverwaltung verwaltet, notwendige Reparaturen werden immer schnell und ohne Diskussion erledigt.
