Ich biete meine Wohnung im Studentenwohnheim in der Bismarckallee 47c zur Zwischenmiete an. Ich bin ab September 2022 bis März 2023 nicht in Münster und suche für den gesamten Zeitraum einen Untermieter oder eine Untermieterin. Die Wohnung hat einen Balkon mit Aaseeblick und ist möbliert.
Die Lage ist perfekt an der Fahrradstraße am Aasee. Hinter dem Haus fahren zwei Buslinien und außerdem der Nachtbus direkt zum Hauptbahnhof. Hinter dem Haus gibt es einen Parkplatz für das Wohnheim, auf dem man mit einem von der freundlichen Hausmeisterin ausgestellten Ausweis parken darf. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind auch im Haus. Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man in die Stadt 5 min und innerhalb von 5 min schafft man es auch zu Fuß zur Mensa.
Voraussetzung für die untermietende Person ist, dass sie Student oder Studentin ist. Außerdem bitte nur Nicht-Raucher melden. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt. Außerdem darf ich nur an Einzelpersonen vermieten. Beim Anschreiben gerne ein paar Sätze zu euch.
