ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine gemütliche 2-Zimmer-Wohnung (Wohnküche, zwei Zimmer, Bad) in Schapdetten.
Nach Münster sind es ca. 17 km, ein Bus fährt stündlich und braucht zum Uniklinikum/Coesfelder Kreuz 24 Minuten, zum Hbf 37 Minuten.
Es handelt sich um eine Altbauwohnung (mit Holzdielen!) im ersten Stock, zum Haus gehört ein großer, eingezäunter Garten. Für Hundehalter ist es hier wirklich perfekt!
Und der Vermieter ist total locker und super drauf :)
Die Warmmiete beträgt 400€, Einzugstermin ist flexibel!
