Schöne 2-Zimmerwohnung in guter Lage zur Zwischenmiete (Juli - Dez 17)

Da wir (Hanna und Alex) auf Reisen sind vermieten wir unsere wunderschöne Wohnung bis zum Ende des Jahres 2017 zwischen. Die Wohnung ist ab dem 1. Juli frei, da die momentanen Zwischenmieter Münster bald wieder velassen.
Die Möbel sowie die gesamte Küchenausstattung befindet sich in der Wohnung. Schränke und Regale sind selbstverständlich freigeräumt, sodass Du/Ihr deine/eure persönlichen Sachen unterbringen kannst/könnt. Die Wohnung ist leider nicht WG-geeignet, aber ideal für ein Pärchen oder eine Einzelperson.

Die genaue Mitdauer ist natürlich verhandelbar, wir würden allerdings Mieter, welche die Wohnung für den gesamten Zeitraum mieten wollen, bevorzugen.

Die Wohnung hat einen L-förmigen Flur mit Garderobe und großem Einbauschrank. Von diesem sind alle Zimmer der Wohnung erreichbar.

Das großzügige Wohnzimmer ist sehr hell und hat einen eigenen Balkon, auf dem man mit 2-4 Personen gut sitzen kann. Dabei geht der Blick ins Grüne und die Sonne scheint nachmittags und abends auf den Balkon. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit Laminat ausgelegtund gemütlich eingerichtet mit ausziehbarer Klappcouch, Fernseher (40-Zoll) und großem Esstisch, an dem bequem 4 Personen Platz haben.

Die Wohnung hat eine sehr schöne, hochwertige Einbauküche mit Spülmaschine, Ceranfeld, Mikrowelle und großem Kühlschrank sowie einem Eisschrank.

Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Dusche und ist weiß gefliest.

An das Schlafzimmer ist ein zweiter kleiner Balkon angeschlossen. Die Einrichtung besteht aus einem großen Kleiderschrank, 2 Kommoden und einem Bett (1,60 m). Der Fußbodenbelag ist hier Parkett.

Eine Waschmaschine samt Trockner zur allgemeinen Benutzung ist im Keller.

Es gibt reichlich Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Haus, auf Wunsch kann aber auch eine Garage dazugemietet werden (35€/Monat).

We (Hanna and Alex) would like to rent out our lovely apartment until the end of the year, as we are currently away on travel. The present tenants will leave Münster soon and therefore the flat will be free from the first of July.

We left the furniture and the kitchen equipment in the apartment. Closets and shelfs are of course emptied so you can store all your own stuff.
The apartment is perfect for a single person or a couple, but unfortunately it is not suitable for flat-sharing as there is only one bedroom.

The exact duration of the lease is negotiable, but we would prefer someone who wants to rent the apartment for the whole time period.

The apartment's hall with a built-in wardrobe is L-shaped and all other rooms can be reached from there.

The spacious living room is very bright and has a balcony on which 2-4 people can sit comfortably. The sun reaches the balcony in the afternoon and evening and it offers a beautiful view. The living room is furnished with a cozy sofa bed, a TV (40-inch) and a big dining table fitting 4 or more people. The floor covering consist of laminate.

The apartment has a neat high-quality fitted kitchen equipped with dish-washer, ceramic glass cooktop, microwave and a big refrigerator with icebox.

The bedroom is furnished with two dressers, a closet, a bed (1,60 m) and parquet floors. It has access to a second small balcony.

A washing-machine and a dryer are located in the basement and are shared by multiple tenants.

There are more than enough parking spaces right in front of the building. If needed you could additional rent a garage (35€/month).
