Im Bad gibt es einen Waschmaschinenanschluss.
Kosten 697 Euro warm (momentan) inklusive Nebenkosten, plus Strom (service Pauschale sozialbüro inklusive, da als Altenwohunung dran gebunden ist.) dennoch wird es durch fehlende Nachfrage auch an nicht ältere vermietet.
