Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten OG. Dazu gehört ein relativ großer Kellerraum. Für Paare ist die Wohnung perfekt geschnitten. Ein Zimmer ist quadratisch (ca.14qm), das andere etwas in die Länge gezogen (ca.12qm). Die große Wohnküche (ca.20qm) bietet Platz für einen großzügigen Essbereich. Eine Küche ist vorhanden und kann kostenlos übernommen werden.
Im Bad, im Flur und in der Küche liegen Fliesen, die beiden anderen Zimmer sind mit Stäbchenparkett ausgelegt. Die Wände im innenliegenden Bad sind weiß gefliest. Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand.
Zentrale Lage, aber trotzdem idyllisch ruhig. Nah gelegene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. In fünf Minuten ist man mit dem Rad und in 10 Minuten zu Fuß in der Stadt.
Kurzer Weg zur Autobahn. Parkplätze sind vorhanden, aber schnell besetzt.
Im Haus wohnen größtenteils Berufstätige und es ist tendenziell eher ruhig. Eine Party-WG wäre hier also fehl am Platz.
Besichtigungen sind ab dem 09.04. möglich.
