Heyy, ich bin auf der Suche nach einem Zwischenmieter für meine Wohnung.
Wohnung:
Es ist eine helle, große zwei Zimmer Wohnung mit einem Balkon. Insgesamt 66m^2. Das größere Zimmer verfügt über den Balkon und ist sehr lichtdurchflutet. Außerdem gibt es noch eine Abstellkammer in der Küche und eine zusätzliche kleine Abstellkammer im Flur.
Lage:
Die Wohnung liegt in Gievenbeck. Der Bus ist in Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die nächstgelegenen Supermärkte (Rewe, Lidl) sind zu Fuß 15 Minuten entfernt.
Sonstiges:
Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Tiefgaragenplatz, für den auch monatlich Gebühren gezahlt werden muss, diese sind in den Nebenkosten enthalten. Es steht auch ein Keller zur Verfügung, sowie eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner im Keller, die gegen Waschmarken genutzt werden können (0,50- 1,00€ pro Waschgang).
Außerdem gibt es einen Aufzug im Haus.
