Da ich aufgrund meines Studiums im Ausland bin, möchte ich meine Wohnung in Nordhausen von September 2022 bis Februar 2023 untervermieten.
Die Wohnung liegt im 3. OG und hat einen sehr schönen Blick über Nordhausen. Es gibt auch einen Balkon. Sie ist komplett möbliert mit einer Küche, Sofa, Esstisch, Bett, Schrank und Waschmaschine (siehe Bilder).
Since I am abroad due to my studies, I would like to sublet my apartment in Nordhausen from September 2022 to February 2023.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor and has a very nice view over Nordhausen. There is also a balcony. It is fully furnished with a kitchen, sofa, dining table, bed, wardrobe and washing machine (see pictures).
Die Wohnung liegt Am Frauenberg in Nordhausen, ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur Uni. Es fährt aber auch ein Bus. Die nächste Bushaltestelle liegt in der Sangerhäuser Straße, eine Straße unter dieser.
Ca. 10 Minuten von der Wohnung befindet sich in die eine Richtung ein Lidl und in die andere Richtung ein Edeka.
The apartment is located Am Frauenberg in Nordhausen, about 10 minutes walk to the university. But there is also a bus. The nearest bus stop is in Sangerhäuser Straße, one street below.
About 10 minutes from the apartment is in one direction a Lidl and in the other direction an Edeka.
Ich habe auch einen Parkplatz angemietet, da die allgemeine Parksituation in der Straße etwas schwierig ist. Dieser Parkplatz kann für 21 Euro im Monat übernommen werden.
Ich wäre bereit mit den Mietkosten etwas runterzugehen, sollte es daran scheitern.
Zu den genannten Kosten kommen noch die Kosten für Strom und Internet hinzu. Die Verträge können gerne über mich weiterlaufen, falls gewünscht.
Eine Hausratversicherung wäre wünschenswert.
I have also rented a parking space, because the general parking situation in the street is somewhat difficult. This parking space can be taken over for 21 euros a month.
