Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem sanierten Altbau und ist mit hellen Wänden ausgestattet. Viele Fenster bringen viel Licht in die Wohnung und in Kombination mit den hellen Wänden wirkt die Wohnung offen und einladend. Eine kleine Küche ist in dem Wohnbereich untergebracht. Die Wohnung wird zum Teil möbliert sein. Das Bad ist ebenfalls hell und mit Blick auf den Garten.
Die Wohnung liegt am Rande zum Zentrum von Bad Gandersheim. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist ein Lidl, welcher keine 3min zu Fuß entfernt ist. Außerdem ist Rossmann und Aldi ebenfalls innerhalb von 7min zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Der Bahnhof kann in knapp 10min erreicht werde. Von dort aus kommt man gut nach Göttingen, Goslar und mit Umsteigen in Kreiensen auch nach Hannover.
Es sind Haustiere erlaubt. Das Haus besteht aus zwei Wohnungen. Die untere wird vermietet. Geräusche von außen dringen nur selten ins Haus ein. Die Nachbarn sind alle nett und freundlich. Es wird vorzugsweise jemand gesucht, der eher ordentlich ist.
