The apartment is in the 3rd floor, has no balcony, it is located in the best corner of Nurnberg. Everything is on walking distance and there are places to park, no problem even though it is withing the walls. Easy access to the walk path around the wall.
I am leaving Germany now for a world trip and I have to leave my apartment asap.
main requirements are, you have a permanent job and income as far as I know.
I would be happy to negotiate some furniture: Kitchen, washing machine, TV, 2 Regals, 1 Garderobe, 1 lunch Table with 4 chairs, 1 working desk, a large bed (queen size i think, or king). All of them in perfect condition.
I am not staying in the apartment, you can take it all or make your own WG.

Water in the kitchen has an electric heater. In the bathroom it is with gas. Heating is also with GAS, so not the typical heaters but just as good.
Previous owner had pets, so I guess they are allowed.
