Hello I am moving out of my apartment in Nurnberg Altstadt near Plärrer, at the end of March so you could enter in the 1st of April.
It has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, and 2 toilets.
The house is completely furnished and has in one of the bedrooms 1 queen size bed and two singles beds and the other bedroom has 2 singles beds.
It has a clothing washing machine.
The house is really cozy and almost in the city center, in a 10 minute walk you can be ont the city center Lorenz-Kirche and you have the U-bahn metro at 5 minutes by foot
The house fits 6 persons but you pay extra for that.
The rent is 1.375€ with heating included for 3 people
If you are more than 3 the price increases 60€ per extra person.
The only bills that are not included are electricity and GEZ.
