We give for rent our two roomed apartment, which is located on a quiet street in the south of Nuremberg, close to shops and not far from green parks.
In the 800 EUR included everything except heating/water/electricity, which depends on your actual consumption. 90 EUR is an estimation based on past consumption.
All rooms are fully equiped with everything you may need (simple TV, DVD-Player, washing machine, dishes, cooking accesoirs, toaster, coffeemachine, hair dryer, towels, shampoo and etc.). If necessary a baby bed (till approx. 4 y.o.) and a baby chair can be provided.
The two rooms are separated with a door and both rooms have exit to the corridor. One of the room has a sofa, which is big and can be used for sleeping, another room has a bed for one or two people (1.40m / 4.6 foot wide).
Besides the gas heating, there is also a chimney. Water in the kitchen is only cold but for the dishes you can use the dish washing machine. In the bathrooms there is of course both hot and cold water.
You can reach the city center by foot (approx. 20 min walk), public transport stops are nearby (Tram and Bus stop in 5 Min by foot, Metro in 13 Min).
You can also find a public pool, playgrounds, different shops and good restaurants nearby.
There are many parking spots next to the apartment, during the day it is not difficult to find a free spot, but may take a while in the evening.
The contract duration is flexibel and depends on your needs. We would prefer minimum 1 Month.
Please tell us more about yourself, we are searching for reliable and respectfull tenants with stable income, liablity insuarance and job. Also before signing the contract we would like to see a proof of your income.
