Hallo Leute,
nach 7 JAhren glücklichen Wohnen ziehe ich nun aus um mich zu vergrößern. Die Wohung hat einen gepflegten Zustand. Flur und ein Zimmer sind von mir mit einem Industrielaminat verlegt worden. Das andere Zimmer wurde professionell mit einem Teppich inklusive Leisten ausgelegt. Die Küche mit PVC. Bei Einzug kann die Küche (der Marke Alno) mit GEschirrspühlmaschine und Ceranfeld, die Waschmaschine, der Laminat und der Teppich gerne übernommen werden. (gegen eine geringe Ablöse VHB 400€)Muss aber auch nicht wenn gewünscht. Es kann jederzeit gerne ein kurzfrister BEsichtigungstermin vereinbart werden. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind gut. Anwohner und Nachbarn sind alle sehr ferundlich und es gab nie Probleme. Die Wohnung ist mit meinem Auszug Mieterlos. Es kann also eine kompeltt neue WG zu günstigem Preis, zentralnah gegründet werden.
